VM folder not found when user's desktop is on a server

description

The user's desktop folder is used for the calculation of the Virtual Machines folder (workaround till a better way is found). This fails when the user's desktop folder is on a remote server, as the Virtual Machine folder is still on the local machine.

Several methods are now used in order to locate the VM folder, and if they fail, the user is asked to specify that folder.

The problem seem to also exist on non-English installations of Windows 7, where the VM folder name is in the UI language rather than English.
